About MK Coastal Housing
MK Coastal Housing provides professional housing management services for international J-1 and H-2B workforce professionals on the Florida Gulf Coast. We specialize in seamless tenant placement and property maintenance, pairing qualified seasonal workers with safe, reliable, and affordable housing so employers can focus on running their businesses.
Our service is built for two audiences. For property owners, we turn Gulf Coast properties into fully managed workforce housing—handling tenants, upkeep, and compliance so your investment stays occupied and well cared for. For sponsors and employers—restaurants, hotels, and businesses that bring in J-1 students and H-2B workers—we provide move-in-ready housing close to the job, with logistics handled end-to-end.
MK Coastal Housing is built by co-founders Kyle Momany and Mark Jimenez, two Gulf Coast real estate professionals who live and work in the communities they serve. Kyle brings hands-on investor and operator experience; Mark brings years in real estate, hospitality, and restaurant management along the coast. Together they steward every property with the care of an owner and the reliability of a professional management company.
The Stewards

Co-Founder & Real Estate Agent / Investor
Kyle is a co-founder of MK Coastal Housing, a real estate agent, and an active investor. As an owner and operator of his own investment properties, he knows firsthand what it takes to find the right property, manage it well, and make it a successful investment. That experience has been a big part of building MK Coastal Housing and creating housing that works for both property owners and seasonal workers. Kyle enjoys real estate, building relationships, and finding opportunities that make sense for everyone involved.

Co-Founder & Licensed Real Estate Professional
Mark is a co-founder of MK Coastal Housing with a background in real estate, hospitality, and property management along Florida's Gulf Coast. As a licensed real estate professional who has spent years working directly with restaurants and businesses that employ J-1 students, Mark understands the challenges employers and international workers face when it comes to finding safe, reliable, and affordable seasonal housing. He also manages restaurants in the area, giving him a firsthand view of the staffing and seasonal-housing needs Gulf Coast employers face each year.
